some idiots are like that, using the interview sessions to insult people. normally these kind are the ones who can talk big (aka smoke) but have no substance.

So what if the interviewee can come super early or give you a solid presentation. in the end, it is whether he/she can get the job done that is important.

Did that before. I would just end the interview halfway n tell him I dun find I am suitable working in his team and leave. At least it stop wasting both parties' time.
