shucks when is mediacorp bringing them in?
if the other host, the crew, everyone can see her right ON that spot, that i say thats hologram.
all i can see there is 2D, video compositing.

Actually, it is hologram. Hologram is a projection onto 2D space that makes an image appear 3D, which is actually what they did.
However, they made it sound like it was a 3D projection into the studio, but that wouldn't be called a hologram. That would be volumetric display. But that's not what they did, though it appeared as if it was.
