sipping coffee at old school

Attended Carte Noire's launch event "Sip" at Old School yesterday and it was an eye opener for me. Must be the fashion show models that opened my eyes =P.

Carte Noire is a French coffee brand made from Arabica beans.

The event started with the opening address, followed by fashion show featuring the designs by Romyda Keth. Pretty models =P


Next up was foam art demonstration by Danny and hands-on session for the guests. Ask anything about coffee and Danny can tell you a story about it. Really like the way he explains in an analytical yet easy to understand manner.

As for the coffee, I find it a tad on the light side but the taste is very clear. I'm looking forward to trying my bottle of freeze-dried Carte Noire.
