bloggers unite for human rights
Today is May 15, and the topic for today is human rights. If you want to know the "official" definitions of human rights, you can read up United Nation's Universal Declaration of Human Rights. There are 30 articles and I'm not going to list them down here.Looking at the declaration, it seems like violation of human rights can happen in every country. "Everyone has the right to equal pay for equal work". Doesn't happen.
And, abuse of human rights can happen too. Take for example, a guy enters the female toilet, and argues that he has the "right to freedom of movement".
"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression". Try this and prepare to get sued for defamation.
Ah, I like this: "Everyone has the right to rest and leisure" Ask a slacking worker to tell his boss.
Have you thought of this, "I have the right to deny your rights"?
Have you
