I am a member of Greenpeace, but not an activist. I don't do fun stuff like abseiling down a power station's smoke stack.
Greenpeace UK has launched a virtual town called EfficienCity. Although it is virtual, but the energy efficient stuff shown inside are actually in place and in operation in various parts of the United Kingdom. Things like the famous Pelamis wave energy converter or even the combined heat and power (CHP) plant in your favourite football club’s home stadium. Even their brewery is energy efficient.
I'm sure we can apply some of them here in Singapore.
