2 wrong invitations

Today I received 2 wrong invitations.

Wrong invitation 1:
I got invited to apply for Assistant Financial Consultant
dot dot dot... of all things, financial consultant??

Wrong invitation 2:
I got invited to the Department's Tea & Feedback session.
Why me? Although I have a friend who looks like the Head of Department, but...
Anyway I am nowhere near the Dean's List, so unless they are choosing the bottom few students, then...

I still have no idea how they ended up choosing me.
