wahaha, you spotted the catch!
yup, 25ml is a very small portion, not enough to fill even a tequila cup. And yup it's for coffee, but the fat contents is so low you can drink it on its own.
They do have the "normal" sizes though.

I miss this type of packaging!
During my primary school days, milk sold were in this type of packaging. We snip off the top corner to drink it. Like a big bah-zhang. ;)

I've only seen photos of it just displayed in a rack on the shelf, no particular arrangement.
