complaints choir project
A few of us pingsters (mintea & sis, rinaz, ntt, nicole and chillycraps) were very honoured to be *ahem* invited to attend The Complaints Choir Project performance at The Chamber at The Arts House.
It's very interesting, The Arts House used to be the Parliament House where national issues were being discussed and debated upon. Now, social issues were being expressed (or, bitched, if you prefer to use the term) in the form of choir singing. Every line in the lyrics was spot on in our daily complaints, some really struck my heart. Ntt was fighting hard not to laugh out loud. I really don't see why there are people making a fuss about foreigners meddling with our local politics through this project. I mean, how political can "people chope seats with tissue paper" be? Everyone enjoyed the perfomance.
Not going to be a spoiler, maybe I'll post up the lyrics after the final performance they have tomorrow. Or will they complain?
