stand chart called me back

Standard Chartered called me just now with regards to my earlier feedback.

They explained that there was a technical problem with their lines earlier this week and as such there was a cut-off to my phone enquiry. I don't really care if that was really the case or not, as long as the reason sounds reasonable and acceptable, I'm fine with it. So, apology accepted. (actually I could go on and question more, but no lah)

The person asked what was the enquiry I wanted to make, and I pulled stunt and say "oh I was just checking the interest rate" -_-"
"erm, ok" He sounded taken aback. =P

So, at least they value this customer.

Case closed.

  • oh, i was also thinking, wha so good, u can get them to get back to you just by blogging about it. Ha. anyway, i think their "reason" that they were facing some technical probs is crap! in this society, very funny one. problem arise liao then management will come up with some lame things and say "orh, last time i was against this idea one". totally no link. =X
