boss in motion

Are there bosses who:

1. tell you when it's lunch time and ask you out for lunch together?
2. ask you along to take a tea/coffee break?
3. make sure you leave work on the dot, if not earlier?

I mean all this while they are promoting family and stuff, but they only make you reach workplace on time, do they make you reach home on time? Imagine they say everyone must reach home by 6pm or leave home no earlier than 8am...

Yesterday I was quite pissed off cos my boss made me attend a 5hr long workshop that had nothing to do with me. Somemore it was my third last day with the company. The worse thing was the workshop dragged until 7pm. And I had a gathering yesterday evening. When bosses make you do overtime, do they bother to ask if you have anything on?

My boss: "if they conduct this kind of workshop outside can cost $500-$800 per person!"
me: "wow, so I have earned $500-$800 extra today"
