molested: your hand touched my butt!
molester: your butt touched my hand!!

Was reading on Einstein's Theory of Special Relativity ~~and was quick to apply it in real life~~.

Everything is relative.

Newton's 3rd law states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, which is a bit different from relativity. For relativity the important part is the reference frame, which in this case can be either the molested, the molester, or an observer.

Take for example a train passenger, the train may be moving forward but from his view he sees the outside scenery moving backwards.

But in this case, I suppose an equal and opposite force was exerted on both the butt and hand.

I think usually a molest case ends in court, and lawyers don't really excel in Physics.
