real densha otoko

Since I started my internship at NTU, I have been taking MRT everyday and I realised I have transformed into Densha Otoko myself. No drunkard yet but lotsa office ladies. (I still like that story a lot)

A reader gave me an interesting link to a Japanese show which did a little experiment to see how otakus (geeks? nerds?) react when they see girls in distress. The finding? 69% of the otakus actually stood up to save the harassed girl!
