stop writing like real

Have been seeing people continue to write after the invigilator had said "stop writing". Saw a friend of mine keep pressing his calculator and writing answer right till the moment the invigilator was standing beside him waiting to collect his answer booklet. To be honest I was very disappointed. (I thought he's decent since he's a true Christian)

You may gain some marks, but you lose your integrity.

I remember during secondary school time, there was once during a test the time was up but I saw a classmate still scribbling away. I snatched his paper away.

sometimes I really think my naive honesty and foolish obedience make me the only dumb person on earth...

  • by right, the invigilator has the right to revoke the papers and deem him to have cheated and to fail him. but well... it does shows the true character of people by these little bits of stuff they do, i guess.

    don't think you're dumb la, just think that you are being true to yourself, and you've had earned your results fair and square. be proud~

    if not you can always do the same lor, and continue on with your work until the invigilator come and collect. lol~

    There was once I told a friend how disheartened I get cos I can never do well in exam, but I can do very well in normal times. Then he said something like there's something more than just marks. (something like karma or along that line...)

    But that is because I got nothing else to write liao, gone case lor, struggle also no use...

    Honesty is very rare, so its good that you have it... At least you did not disappoint yourself...

  • Sad to say, it's part of survival in the society. After all exam is the only way to prove one's overall performances, so ppl tend to reveal their ugly side. As a neutral party, I would just like to say: "There's a line betweeen dignity and stupidity".
