Is there something known as saltysweet memories?Smart me mistook salt for sugar, and happily sprinkled it onto the wok of veggie...
Even smarter me added lots of water and corn-flour trying to dilute the saltiness.
It worked.
Wonder if people should take memories with a pinch of salt. Too salty? Dilute it.
