Lunchbox: Love Songs with a Twist!


hahaha as promised, I went to the Esplanade today to watch Timmy's concert~! Oh I intended to skip/swap Physics tutorial class today, but happened that the lecturer hasn't finished teaching the new topic, so the tutorial is pushed backward to next week.. haha no need to skip~

Hmm Grace is having her holiday, so I asked her out as well~ I was so surprised that the Esplanade Concert Hall was so full!! Hmm... most of the audience were white collars, so.... we were kinda like oddballs.. hahaha!

Timmy (actually is a band name, has 4 members) performed a few songs, Love Me, Drops of Jupiter and Leaving on a Jet Plane, etc... Although it was just a 30 minutes lunch time concert, but it was really great~! haha feel so glad that I didn't miss it! I must be mad about performance art...

After the concert chatted with Grace for quite long.... hoho I always believe that everyone has something for me to learn from.

Ok I'm going off for bouldering. Remember, it is Tuesday... Chalkday!! I'm already suffering from climbing-withdrawal syndrome.... I need to touch some handholds!!! (machiam like drug addict.. luckily is chalk ball not peh hoon)

    anyway.. found tat i missed dancing so much.. aiyo.. juz listening to RnB songs.. can choreograph dance steps liaoz.. hahaha.. but then again.. tat one cannot use in clubs one.. haha.. need a big group.. and ya! found out tat school has a rock climbing gym.. but in a secluded corner.. apparently.. not many people use it.. but will have to see how much is the membership fees.. might intro some people to climb.. hahaha..

  • Wow edwin I'm so proud of you... yes you should introduce your friends to climbing, then next time when you come back, our climbing gang will be bigger~!

    And Australia is a good place to do natural climbing. I did it once at Western Australia.

  • well.. like wad i told u before.. sydney is more of a city rather than a laid back kind of place.. so ya.. natural places have to travel far.. like 2 hours out or maybe one and a half hours out.. (like tat mite as well go canberra already.. 3 hours drive..)

    will see again la.. cuz the things offered here are super expensive.. so i dunno if i can be able to afford tat a not lor.. compared to singapore climbing.. here.. ex man..

  • nah.. everything here.. they charge.. trust me.. one month pass to the swimming pool cost $33.. if u go 10 times.. means.. one entry is $3.. imagine tat!

    What I know is that 5 yrs ago, Perth still charge toilet entry fee.

  • yup.. tat's correct.. one time will be $33.. oh well..

    there's an act being passed down already.. where the student association doesn't get much subsidy thingy liaoz.. so the prices are pretty exhorbitant.. and especially if you'r in a foreign land.. need to calculate exchange rate also..

    see how la.. will check it out tomorrow.. today the wind too strong.. never go out of my room.. hahaha.. nua in my room whole day.. kekeke..
